The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the needs of management. Responsibilities include
receptionist duties, order entry and processing, electronic and manual filing of documents, and other duties
assigned. Flexibility and willingness to meet changing priorities is essential. This position is a full time position at
our office located at 9825 Spectrum Drive, Building 4, Suite 475, Austin, TX 78717. Work hours are Monday thru
Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a one hour lunch break.
Order entry and processing
Manual and electronic filing
General admin, sales and AP/AR support
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Other duties as assigned
5 years minimum administrative support experience
Order entry and processing experience
Electronic and manual filing experience
Windows Office experience required, Excel and Word a must.
Infor Syteline experience a plus
Notary of the Public a plus
Good documentation skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Good English communications skills, written and verbal.
Ability to work overtime as required
Ability to lift 50 lbs
