  • Overview

    We are looking for Quality Control Specialist to supervise and troubleshoot quality-related issues as they arise.  Perform quality-related tests and inspections to ensure products comply with company / customer standards. Provide, and control documentation, related to inspections, engineering changes and tests.  Work between, and integrate with, Inventory Control, Material Management, Operations, Engineering and Scientists.

    Responsibilities

    • Understanding customer needs and requirements to support quality control processes
    • Perform routine testing to ensure quality and adherence to regulations and standard
    • Identifying quality problems and developing appropriate solutions in a timely manner
    • Maintain accurate quality records for future reference
    • Conduct risk assessment and corrective action solutions
    • Provide support to the testing and inspections processes, as needed
    • Provide quality control-related input to managers and employees
    • Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
    • Approve complying products and reject defectives
    • Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives, as requested
    • Look for opportunities for improvement and provide support to developing new efficient procedures, as needed
    • Other duties as assigned by Department Manager

    Qualifications

    • Organized and detailed oriented
    • Excellent analytical ability
    • Must work well in a team environment
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • In-depth understanding of quality control procedures
    • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Certification of a recognized Quality Management System
